Aurum Jewelry offers free standard shipping within Canada and to the USA for all orders over $100. Carrier calculated rates will apply to orders under $100.

What is your return policy? Can I return an item?
Of course. To initiate a return, kindly request a return by reaching out our customer service at info@aurumjewelry.ca within 7 days of receiving your package.
• Include your full name and order number in the return email.
• Expect our response within 24-48 hours.
• Please be aware that Aurum Jewelry does not cover the shipping expenses for returned orders and is not accountable for lost returns without tracking.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates). Include a copy of your returns slip or order confirmation email in the package.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges,

What if I receive a damaged item?
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged product along with your details to info@aurumjewelry.ca, and we'll assist you with a resolution. Please be aware that any damaged item reported beyond a 7-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

• Consider removing your jewelry before sleep to prevent unnecessary rubbing on the gold plating.
